9. Refunds

Will Henley Digital will not process refunds. In accordance with EU law, a statutory 14-day period is required. During this time any access to in-person consultation will be compensated at a rate of €200 per session.

10. Payments.

If paying by instalment, payments will be collected at 30-day intervals. This is not a subscription service, by paying the first instalment you agree to continue to pay the remaining instalments to make up to total amount.
